1. Define & Discover
We listen, question, then listen some more.
We believe that the most important first step is determining  what our clients’ goals and objectives are. Then, taking the time to fully research and understand the market--including defining what potential customers are interested in and also understanding the competitive landscape.  We feel it’s vital to get inside the minds of the consumer.
2. Plan
Strategically create roadmaps & goals.
Using the information from our initial fact-finding process we plan the scope of the project and begin concept generation. This involves discussing project details, creating technology and feasibility assessments and using these to develop a project roadmap.

3. Conceptualize
A formulation of ideas based on our discoveries.
Some may call this the "brainstorming" phase of the project. Working under our project plan, the brains begin to churn out ideas in the form of headlines, messaging, and visual concepts. We nail down a look as well as the overall messaging and positioning.
4. Design
Taking our concepts and making them work.
This is the stage where the messaging and visuals come together, and ideas and concepts become real.

Often times, we present client’s with “concept” mock-ups early on in the project--even before estimates are provided and a final “go-ahead” agreement is reached--so that the client can SEE exactly what they are “buying”.
5. Build & Implement
Our creation comes to life.
The time to put all the pieces of the puzzle together and make the “monster” come to life has arrived. Graphics are chopped, code generated and optimized, spreads laid out, and t's crossed and i's dotted.
6. Push
Test, deliver, and extend.
Testing, testing, testing. We test on a variety of formats to ensure we see what the world will see and likewise. Going live with a project is by no means the final word as we discuss taking the project to the next level. Our goal is to build a lasting relationship well beyond the scope of the project.
